Shipping & Returns

  • Ship to worldwide. All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in Hongkong or Malaysia directly. We use Hongkong Post or Malaysia Post. All items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days (handling time) after payment received.
  • NO TRACKING NUMBER will be given. 
  • Usually, it takes about 10 - 20 business days for delivery for all International order. Sometimes, It may take up to 30 working days. Specified time not including the handling time for 2-3 business days after payment. 
  • The shipping time varies, depending on receiver's location. It can take up to 30 working days if your country has strict custom rules (Italy, France, Spain, Brazil, South America & Eastern Europe). 
  • If you fail to receive item within 30 working days, please contact your local post office and custom first; if still no response, please contact me immediately. 
  • For Holiday Period (eg: Christmas, Chinese New Year and etc), shipping will take more longer time to reach. Please be patient when awaiting shipment. 
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time. 
  • We do not offer discounts for combined shipping due to the free shipping offered so please do not ask for additional discounts.
